At one end of the snake, it seemed the fish all wanted to see Harty today and kept away from most of the others!
A respectable showing by all with many hooks going astray as some of the lakes larger residents decided they didn’t want to play ball. Fish of the day, as well as the win goes to Harty with a lovely 9lb 2oz common.
Marc Hume made a guest appearance, as we hope to see him again!

Luckily the weather stayed dry as we all had a good day. Not much in the way of large fish with the largest being around 3lb, and the average being under a pound. A couple of exciting moments for Mark and Steve B where the fish made away with their terminal tackle.
Everyone caught a fair number of fish but Stuart on the pole at 7m near the bottom of the slope just stole it so got the accolades and reward!
